Part of the “Aerial” series, Moving Waters, is an observation of an ocean reef from above.
Drone photography has changed our perspective of the world around us and I enjoyed experimenting with the flow of the silk dyes to represent how the ocean could look from a birds eye view.
The layers of turquoise, aqua and rich blues have captured the shallow and deep waters around an ocean reef. The use of silver gutta resist over the dyes highlights the shapes and flow of the currents and reef.
Canvas prints are printed on 392gsm, museum grade, HP canvas. They have a matte-finish with vivid, accurate colour reproduction.
Stretched canvas prints are available in A4, A3, A2 and A1 sizes and include free delivery Australia wide. They are gallery wrapped on a frame ready to hang.
